Trouble with SimpleApplication

I’m working on getting the JME SDK working on my linux box, and i’m having two problems with the default BasicGame app.



Firstly WASD doesn’t actually move my camera around, and secondly the application won’t run if I’ve enables AA on the settings panel.



When AA is on, I get the following error

And that’s really all i have, at the moment I’m new to JME, and amn’t sure where to start debugging.

have you updated to the latest graphics drivers?

yup, still the same, I did realize i have to update all the various plugins, and now WASD seems to be working.



Further poking around seems to show that AA of > 4x doesn’t let the application start, and the refresh rate options are always ‘???’ and that’s problematic.

I guess your video card does not support antialiasing higher than 4x

Refresh rate options are on applicable to fullscreen mode.

I’m running Windows 7 64 bit, and I have exactly the same problem, but my error log is a bit longer :

There is no error in your log. I see you ran the application for 3 seconds and then closed it.
