I notice this removing directory during the uninstallation. I wonder if it is working as intend.
I know that by deleting the directory manually would get the installation to work.

Yeah, we also have this problem if you try to upgrade the SDK, not sure why it deletes the blender folder etc but not the jdks. So no it’s not intended to behave like this but debugging the installer is always a bit tricky, since we don’t do more than creating xmls to define the behavior.
