Unofficial updated builds for Bullet ~ v2.86.1 & kinematic fix

Hi.

Memory leak using multiple parallel physics spaces (native bullet) I have this problem probably because I use two physic spaces. And I read that -DBT_NO_PROFILE=1 fix this problem. But I literally have no idea how to recompile it.
Or… can you make a build with this param if it makes no harm? :smiley:

Can you give any advice?
