Updated Hello SimpleApplication tutorial and Application States in wiki.

Submitted BaseAppState template for inclusion in next SDK update.

However, Travis is once again fubar. It is now trying to add a merge back into the new pull request as well as refusing to pass perfectly legitimate file uploads.

Since all 4 files have to do with creating new files I am wondering if that’s what the problem is.

I’m done with trying to help on SDK unless this stuff gets fixed.
