Hi, I am currently at the stage of creating the interface for the player, using Nifty GUI I want the instructions to be a fun read, sort of like a PowerPoint presentation on steroids. This means I could do two things: hand craft each Nifty screen in XML, OR, another idea I thought
of, I could use an image editing tool to make the screens and just plop the image into the xml. The latter sounds much more appealing to
me, so really my question is, is this a safe idea? Will it work? I am afraid that there might be a reason no one ever suggests this.
Sure you can. Depending on the intended resolution you might get quite a large distribution in the end though.
