some time ago i though that kind of things can be made only with directx, but with right hands opengl can be quite sexy

Hehe, the fact that CryEngine runs on both OpenGL and DirectX shows you that skillful use always surpasses some fancy new feature that one or the other API might have first. And the experience needed in adequately using it levels the few months of “advantage” anyway

Well… I debugged as much as possible tried everything out. It wont work for me.

Its a shame. I wanted to use this effect. Its so… soo… beautifull O__O

Just download the SDK, update to nightly (see manual) and create a test project.
