I am doing wrestling this year in high school. What do you guys think of it? I hear a lot of people saying it doesn't look right, but it is actually not like that. The sport is really hard during conditioning, which is what we are in now, like getting ready for the season, and it is really fun when we do some actual wrestling.

Mm, wrestling is somewhat sweaty sport, I prefer boxing for those kind of things. Fencing is good too for venting out anger
What kind of wrestling? Do you have restrictions like "can't attack the legs"?
I wanna try that sport. Is it very technical or you just grab the guy and throw him in the air?

Well, real wrestling is actually interesting. It's not just a bunch of idiots throwing each other around. There are techniques you have to learn, then, while you are wrestling, decide the technique you want to use. It also allows a lot of style. Say, you like using one set of moves, while someone else likes using a different set of moves. We are conditioning though, and it is some serious stuff. Also, basic rules are no hitting, punching or choking. Also, legs are really the main attack point for smaller people. I'm not "smaller people" though, so I just have to use all my power to crush him. Problem is, people I go against aren't small either. We also do a lot of coll drills, like diving roll, and stuff like that.
Mindgamer, I just like sharing stuff and seeing what people think. And I choose my favorite game design forum's off topic section. I just want to see what you guys think and stuff. Maybe I'm just bored.
