Welcome, and thanks for the offer! Do you also do texture, rigging and animations? For the BattleZone-like demo game many vehicle models will still work just fine without animations though (e.g. hover tanks).
Based on your pictures, I suppose it’s safe to assume you make your models in Blender

i do texture, animation but still far away for being pro.Its ok to release my work under an open license. But i dono how they works
An open license pretty much lets people know that they can use your stuff without fear of being sued. You can still put limits on it, like 'must give credit to the author (you)' 'can not be used for commercial use' and so on.
I would recommend you just make a model, release it at a place like http://www.blendswap.com/ and let us know about it. I'm traveling so I can't help you with directions for what to make right now, but contact one of the developers if you'd like and they'll have an assignment for you.
