Animations are distorted

I have imported models before and worked fine but now im having issues and im getting somewhat frustrated.

All the animations are bone animations.

I have applied location,scale and rotation to the armature and the mesh.

I have unchecked bone envelopes.

I put all animations on 1 NLA track.

Both the armature and mesh origin point is at the bottom of the characters feet.

I don’t know what to do, I can send the model via pm if you are generous to look at it.

When looking at the mesh and armature global properties, they should read:

pos: 0, 0, 0
scale 1, 1, 1
rot: 0, 0, 0

If they don’t, this is the problem. None of these should ever be altered out of edit mode for meshes, and pose mode for armatures.

Those are the correct values.
