Bloom filter delayed by one frame

It looks like bloom filter renders bloom from previous frame. First I thought it was afterglow on LCD, but if I managed to capture it in screenshot, it cannot be that. Please look at the window in static frame

and when I’m moving camera to the left

There is a big chance it is related to the fact that windows are in translucent bucket and I have put it AFTER glow filter. But if I do it other way around, then bloom gets rendered in-frame, but all translucent objects are getting drawn over the top of everything else, ignoring z-buffer.

Any solution to avoid both problems at once?
