I’m new to JME, i want to ask if i deploy a game as a facebook game, can this working on IOS ?

No it can’t.
Your facebook game will probably be an applet (at least if you make it with JME) and still need a VM to be executed.
There is no VM on iOS to this day.

Well… In a few months it probably can. It can already but without graphical output. See the posts about “ios deployment”
