Deactivated Inherit rotation not work

I make animation and see one important problem - i deactivated Inherit rotation for some bones in my model to avoid strange behavior and easier posing. But I see SDK don’t know that I switched off this options and make animations more weird than it was. It is normal, what I need to do?

JME Bone system doesn’t work like that. Rotating the parent rotates the child bones.
