Is there any way to use or convert a ttf font?
I’m in ubuntu.
probably you just need to find or write a programm for that.
Try Bitmap Font Generator (at least for Windows it works):

Yeah, it’s a exe file so it’s windows only…
There is a font creation utility built into the SDK. new->Font.

Some time ago I have made a loader for ttf fonts.

But it never got much attention 
Actually I have no idea if it is included in any sources in the repository. But maybe it could be worth to create a plugn of it?
