Hi,
I noticed that JME started including Generics in it's source. This is probably a good thing, since it is easy to forget what type of Object is being stored in a Collection. Personally, casting never really bothered me too much, as long as the Lists/Maps were named appropriately. Oh well, time to learn something new again.
In this case, new is good.
