Setting A Stationary Background Image In JME3

I need to be able to set the background of my Canvas to an image and no matter how I move the camera, the 3d environment will update accordingly, but unlike a skybox, but the image will stay the same position on the screen. I then need to be able to update this background image as i receive frames from a video.
