When I was trying to uninstall SDK , it show a error message and the installer stopped.

In case it doesn’t, there are the ancient tricks you can try like manually deleting it from the file system. Reinstall at the same location, and uninstall. Or try reinstalling it straight and then uninstall. You can also try newer/older versions to find a working uninstaller.
If the uninstaller is permanently broken, then there is nothing you can really do. Just manually delete files, folders and shortcuts. And try to enjoy knowing that it forever pollutes your system registry (which in practice shouldn’t be visible to you in any meaningful way…)
