To all SoC students: Make sure to give your project an explicit open source license. Just having a project on GitHub does not make it open source!
Since jME3 is licensed under New BSD (aka BSD 3), that is the one we’d prefer. Another perfectly good option is the MIT License. Please tell us if you’d rather apply a different license to your project.
