Importing OgreXML to j3o with code

Hello, I am trying to import some models (blender -> OgreXML) to jmonkey and although they seem to be loaded pretty nitty when I run my project, it has problem when it tries to load them running from the jar. I recognise that the models have to be in j3o format, so I need some help because I want my program to convert them itself.

rightClick on the project(in SDK) → properties → Assets → Assets JAR Exclude.
Check if *.scene and *.mesh.xml are excluded…
