Java Games - Just Ranting

maybe i dont know something, but i use normalMaps baked from highPoly model.

i even wrote tutorial about it.



problem is shading. i think i need to modify shader or something, because normalMaps are ok, but dont affect shading of faces… only details on them(affected by normal)



maybe shader gurus can advise me something. self shadowing?



edit:

after talk with skidrunner i know how to make it done good now.



more triangles could solve the problem, but mostly topology need to be good for lowpoly models.
