I can’t update either, at the “downloading plugins” screen it goes to about 6% and then says it can’t connect to the update server.
i am still having this same problem also. unable to update from jMonkeyPlatform, or even install any new plugins. is there any word on when this issue will be resolved?
The server switch apparently had a problem, restarting the switch made the server fast again
I had the same problems, but noticed that yesterday it worked again like a charm!

i got a fast connection but all i can achieve is up to 10 or 13% download then it goes off

Guys, this switch was replaced years ago. Please upgrade your interwebz. Alternatively try downloading the updates one by one or using a download manager from http://jmonkeyengine.com/updates/ directly.

I updated less than an hour ago and had 0 problem. Nothing. Was fast as usual. It’s on your side. Either provider, your own connection or whatnot.

It has to be between you and the server. If it was generalized you can bet there would be many many messages about it. I would probably have started a new thread. When the update server goes left field, I’m probably the first to yell and cry and throw a tantrum.
Be patient and retry later. That’s all I can offer.
It’s also possible there’s a problem that affect only a certain area, but that would be doubtful.
