Light scattering effect filter for JME3

Actually I fixed this issue one month ago but it hasn’t been merged to stable.

‘Stable’ at this point means jMonkeyEngine 3.0.9, which is what you get if you don’t check the Nightly box under Tools>Plugins>Settings.

Stephen, since january, I’ve only used JME on nightly builds, at least that’s what I think because I remember that the new TerrainWorld wouldn’t run on STABLE because it was missing a thread pool executor class only offered on nightly builds. This option has been checked for 5 months. I’m not using stable at all. Do I have to uncheck STABLE in the list? If so, I must have missed SO many things in the past few months.

I don’t think nightlies have been working since the switch to github. You may have to build the engine yourself if you want the latest code.
