Over the weekend I finalised (for now) work on a lighting effect I was working on. I have since shifted focus onto other things, so I will post a quick video (taken around 60% into the dev process) before I forget about it.
hahaha thanks guys I know what you mean, it was a nice exercise to take a tiny little slice of a project and apply a bunch of polish to it.
@InShaddow no worries … text is a 3d mesh (from Blender); movement (how it moves) is pseudo physics for mass and acceleration, the targeting (where it moves to) is a combination camera angle (pitch and yaw) and a varying random position
