Hello I get this error when trying to install on OSX. I have Netbeans 14 installed and JDK 18 too.
I have no idea about this error, but seems a class is missing on your jdk-18 at the dir java/util/jar/Pack200, which is true from the java-18-docs (java.util.jar) package, you better try downloading java-11 which contains that Pack200.java and try again and report back.
