Mangled Animated Models

We have a model that has been animated in Blender.



It exported beautifully, but when we try to animate it, the arms freak out and break in multiple places.



Any Suggestions?

Apply all transforms and rotations before exporting.

Our blender team has no clue what that means.



Is there an Export option to do so, or is it a blender function?

Also it could be that the skeleton object has been translated in “Object” mode independently from the mesh, when it should be changed in “Edit” mode for the changes to take effect when exporting.
