This board should be for internal discussion of the board moderators. Especially for bringing issues to attention of the other moderators and developers. Thus I recommend to turn on notification of new topics for this board.
I would like to suggest that this board be merged with ‘Architecture Discussions’. Their purpose is basically the same; discussing sensitive issues concerning the jME project in one way or another.
When it comes to communicating with outsider projects, I think we should be more flexible in terms of default line of communication, as they might prefer mailing lists or online chats ahead of registering on yet another forum and keeping up with their posts. It didn’t look like it really “took off” anyways.
