I like to installe the NBAndorid Plugin but it is not listed under “Available Plugins”. The update center settings for the NBAndroid Updates points to

mhh something must be wrong in your setting because I got this plugin and I use it all the time.
The name in the list is “Android” not “NBAndroid”.
If it’s not in the list of available plugin the only reason i can see is that, either it’s already installed, or the nb android update site is in your list but it’s not checked.
Or…maybe the update site has a temporary down time.
Edit : looking at their site, I quote “Kenai.com will be unavailable due to system maintenance from March 22, 2013 at 12pm PDT(Friday 8pm UTC) through March 24, 2013 at 6pm PDT (Monday 4am UTC). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.”
Maybe they mistook the month…and they meant febuary

I changed the update site to NameBright - Coming Soon
But the Installation did not complete because junit library is missing:
Warning - could not install some modules: NB JUnit - The module named org.netbeans.libs.junit4 was needed and not found. 2 further modules could not be installed due to the above problems
I had to install Junit 1.1 and to activate the Mobility module again. Now the plugin works.
