Nitfy GUI element on intel hd graphics 4000 looks strange

I followed the example at
http://wiki.jmonkeyengine.org/doku.php/jme3:advanced:loading_screen

Using JMonkey 3.1 alpha

and it works perfectly fine on my PC ATI Radeon Linux Mint , and other laptop with Integrated Intel® HD Graphics 4400 Windows 8

but here is what I get on Intel® HD Graphics 4000 Windows 7
