Problem executing JME3 SDK project on my iphone

I have successfully implemented my code on pc and android but when i execute it on iphone i am faced with this error

Ok when i remove the ios deployment from the project in sdk and build, then again deployed on ios and build the application i am able to run the project on the iphone simulator but there is one for running the code on actual iphone device i.e.

I will be glad if someone can help me out with this

Just a quick shot: The resulting binary is too large for a device. I guess there is a restriction.
Maybe you can strip your binary with the various Xcode settings. :grinning:

If the app size is the problem, read the manual (press F1 in the SDK) on application deployment.

Thanx revv, i will give it a shot

  1. Just as normen said: try reducing the jME libs.
  2. Check your ProGuard exclusions. The fewer exclusions the better. (I added many JDK classes just to check if they work on iOS. Surprisingly good. But the binary became too large.)
  3. Maybe use arm64 only in Xcode, this worked for me. (armv7 alone did not.) [On the other hand arm64 could require an Avian update… :disappointed: otherwise the app crashes]
  4. Optimize Xcode settings to strip the binary. I didn’t need that, so check some HOWTOs.

It’s already a huge step to get your app running in the simulator. Congrats!

i have tried running the hello collision code on my iphone device n it did execute :slight_smile: and it appears my own game code is not working on my device because there is too much stuff inside the asset folder due to which binary size increases which results in the error mentioned above. Thanx again for helping man your help is encouraging for me.
