RC1 has been out for several weeks now resulting in very few new bug reports or issues. In the meantime we've had a lot of discussions involving new features we'd like to do post 1.0. Is there anyone here who would be against releasing jME 1.0 in the 5-10 days?
i'll build/release this weekend then…you wanna write up a news/feature text for the frontpage etc renanse? (being the expert in that)
I say we push for a Friday 1.0 release and be done with it. 
I've got a lot of cool features I'm waiting to check in.

Would be nice if someone had the time to update the monkey textures using the same SVG file that was used for the logo in the top right corner here in the forum.

Would give all the demo's a nice crisp 1.0 look. It was made by Sfera and he already stated he wouldn't mind. Unfortunatly I don't have CVS access from where I am right now.
I should be able to do that. I think I have the original PSD files for the startup screen somewhere as well.
Sounds like a good idea to go ahead and move forward with 1.0
