Quick question, I need to create the mesh of a rope, with another mesh hooked at one extremity. Since there's already the "ClothPatch" class implemented, I guess it won't be that hard to modify it a bit so that you get a realistic rope behavior. However I'm wondering, before I go ahead and try to modify it by myself, has anyone ever tried to do something similar ?

ok, if there's no shortcut, that's what I'll try then
i think it might be easier to use the physics engine and achieve a sort of ragdoll effect with your rope mesh.
