Setting up jmp nightly builds manualy

I downloaded today the jME3_2011-05-12.zip nightly build and would like to know how to set up it manualy in jmp. Thanks in advance.

Why would you do that?

Why not just enable JMP auto-update?

I always left the jmp auto update, but some times i can’t do it, because my internet has download limit, then i would like to enjoy when i’m not at home to download the nightly builds and set up them manualy. It’s possible?
