The links in the pinned pst just direct to an android-studio page, where can i find the SDK and google-play-services downloads?

If I already have Android Studio, can I just referece that SDK?

The SDK is supposed to be downloaded when you install Android Studio, but yes you can head up to settings>Apparence and behaviour>System Settings>Android SDK and press edit you what to do next.
