Is there a simple way to create 3D Strings as a solid, like Trimesh?

There is an example of FontMesh in the forum which shows only wireframe and generate incorrect vertices.

You should try searching Font3D and Text3D in the forum… there are several posts about them, maybe some will shed some light in this issue.

Haha, I gave up an made low-poly letter models in blender! But if you can figure something out from the code scattered around this forum, please throw a link to it in here.

So far, I found this link for FontMesh (http://www.jmonkeyengine.com/jmeforum/index.php?topic=3180.15).

I think, by default, the vertices are placed in relation to the origin.

What I need to do is to change the vertices when a mesh is created.

However, the amound of distance I change does not correspond to the world coordinates.

Oh well, this is the best one I found so far, though.
