Restart your pc and before you do UNINSTALL 3709 ON DESURA,Reinstall after restart

Also try making sure you have anti-aliasing set to “disabled” (no 2x/4x etc), and also try turning off advanced graphics if still having trouble. Things should be smoother in 2.3b.
