Does anyone else have problem when updating jmp IDE? I can update all other packets but “IDE Platform”, it always stops at 32% (HTML Editor packet). Tried this several weeks, multiple times, no luck (network transfers in/out 0kb/s).
Or is this netbeans problem so my post goes to wrong forum?
Well IDE works fine without this update but just like to know that am I the only one having this problem (googling a little and didnt find similar problem).
Hm, didn’t hear of such problems lately. Maybe you can try and reinstall, there were changes in the updates some weeks ago that might make a reinstall necessary.
Ok uninstalled, deleted all directories relative to jmp and installed all again. First I just updated all without nightly build option enabled, IDE Platform stopped at 31% this time. Then I think I made a mistake, in Tools - Plugins - Settings I enabled all of those and updatet all. Ok, now there is no more to updates but I cant open my last project, I cant even create new BasicGame project. So, i should enable only jdk SDK Nightly (and reinstall this right away)?
Are these packets what updater downloads somewhere in my harddrive, if I install SDK alpha-4 again, can I just copy these packets to it and updater sees these (because it’s quite slow download them again)?
You should not enable any of the “NetBeans” update centers, only the “Base Platform” and “jMonkeyEngine” ones. The updates are where the updater downloads them: http://jmonkeyengine.com/platform/updatecenter/
Now finally installed it and updated. Tested and project game works But:
Tools - Plugins - Installed (37) I have several plugin that are disabled:
-IDE Platform, Java, Ant, Java Debugger and jME3 Code Checks, and if I try to activate them, popup shows “Activation failed”,
ie Java Debugger shows:

Maybe I screwed again that install process..what I did.hmm.. I updated 2 packets, what it shows first when jmp is installed, then enabled nightly and then updated all.
Did you delete the settings when uninstalling? You should do that.
I thought I deleted these, maybe I forgot but I just installed and updated it again 
Now all is working like before, “IDE Platform” stops at 32% again (HTML Editor packet) (but debugging works, thats important, and all works).
Well, I’ll wait beta if there then are these packets already installed so no need to play with this any more
