Blender Model wrong Position of Skeleton

Hello,



i’m having serious trouble getting my models to work properly, especially skeletons.

this is a picture of the model in blender, everything seems just fine position wise.

this is ingame. As you can see the skeleton is way too low.



I hope you can help me with this problem, if there is any information missing, please let me know.

have both model and skeleton applied location? (crtl-a → apply location, on “t” tool should be 0,0,0 for both)

well that were several hours and some clicks solved my problem…
