I would suggest that each language chooses a page name suffix, like pt_br, _de, zh_cn, and so on. And everyone adding a translation has the responsibility to link his wiki page on the other language versions of the same page at the top of the page . The link text being the suffix.
For the NetBeans wiki, we had a script that generated a menu that found pages with the same English (!) page name plus the suffix, and created a language menu from that. Donāt know how difficult that would be.
Regarding updates ā that is always a problem, wiki pages go stale when they donāt have an owner. we could declare dates, such as minor releases, and ask people on the forum āplease review your languageās wiki pages todayā abs sync it, or even better, people sign up and volunteer to review pages a few tunes a year. But I donāt think there is more we can do without a permanent owner.
