This game is very interesting, and fun. I searched some info about it and I found that this is actually a "demogame", made by a "demoscener" for a demoscene competition. Physics and 3D engine are self made by the programmer, and that's why it's small in size (demosceres are used in this).
I must admit it's very entertaining, I was loughing aloud at the bipeds when the were trying to keep their balance. XD
