I recently purchased a 360 joypad to test with my game however i seem to have fallen into a bit of issues. For some reason both joysticks do not respond favorably to the input. I attempted to run jME made tests and also tried a test case with rawInput listener which results in the screen spamming of jotstick axis controls. I assigned a character and camera joypad axis controls for movement and control of the camera however it still does not respond properly. I assumed the joypad to be faulty however it seems to works perfectly fine with games from onLive and other games? Does jME have support for increasing the axis deadzone? Can anyone share their experiences and suggest a solution to the matter… i tried recalibration.
