Terrain normals off after setting a skewed local scale

Hey all.

So I found a bug in TerrainQuads where if you set the local scale to a skewed amount, meaning anything NOT a scaled (1,1,1), ie (4, 1, 4) will do, or (0.25, 1, 4), the lighting gets muffed up when attempting to look upwards at terrain, meaning the normals aren’t being calculated correctly.

If I have time later I’ll take a look into fixing this, else have at it.

Yep that could be an issue, surprised it hasn’t come up before. I will have to think about the best place to go about correcting the issue.
