For Ark I like the building part of it so I play PvE.
I also find the official servers to be to slow on taming so I like to play on unofficial with mods.
All the people i have played with i met on the servers

Just started playing this “fleet design strategy” game called Istrolid. Really clean graphics and free to play on Steam, or in web form on their site.
It reminds me of the part in Ender’s Game where Ender plays these simulated battles that turn out to be actually real.

I kinda like old stable games with a lot of add ons.

Just tried the Beta of Tomorrow’s Children on the PS4. I lost a couple hours of my life but I’m still not exactly sure what I played. Very strange game so far.

Looking forward to the free games this month as I’m almost done with Hitman: Go.

Disclaimer: I’m the admin of the Pastaland server in Sauerbraten.
That’s true. Instactf and Instagib are the most common modes, but once you get in irc room #sauercom you just need to ask for a mix or an effic, and players will come out like mushrooms after the rain :wink:

Yeah, finding people for a mix (as long it’s effic and not a ‘classic’ mode) it’s rarely a problem, i’m just generally disappointed about players rejecting other modes like they had ebola . Pastaland aside, because the rugby mod makes instagib more amusing.

What can you do about it… Insta is so easy: point and shoot. That’s the only reason I can find why it’s so popular instead of those multi-weapons/multi-rules modes.
Sauerbraten gameplay is its strongest value. The rest of the game is pretty ugly on the graphics side, the engine is getting old, my biggest complaint is that the community does not want to move on to the next generation of the engine, be it Tesseract or Octaforge. Imho, Tesseract is by far one of the most underestimated open source projects.

You meant more power? Top factory was 300MW constant with ~10k iron plates/min (about 150MW is for laser defenses :P)
